What forms of payment does Winter Museo accept?

We are accepting payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Bitcoin SV. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.

 

Are my payments secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly with TSYS payment gateway, a host-based processing system that stores sensitive data at the host location (not the merchant location).

 

Buying fine art prints on Winter Museo

When you buy a limited edition fine art print that is hand signed by the artist on Winter Museo, the money goes into an escrow account so the Artist does not get paid until you have received your fine art print and had time to inspect it for any damages. So you can be confident that you will get the artwork you bought and know that it is what it is will be delivered in mint condition.

 

How do I check the status of an order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after you have placed your order. Once your order has left our studio, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent for your reference.
